drops off again and small fletch bug

fletching seems 2 spam the crap outta u when try 2 fletch a bow u can't fletch and it will keep spamming u even if u log out then in again the only way 2 stop it is fletch 1 bow u can.
also i found out from 2 other players that when u lvl up it also spams the crapoutta u asl well.
